Mercedes C230 Kompressor

This frustrated customer drove straight to Traffic Jamz from the Mercedes dealer. His factory Mercedes radio went out and he was looking at about $800 to replace the factory stereo at the dealer. Traffic Jamz was able to replace the factory radio with an aftermarket Kenwood Excelon AM/FM CD Player with Bluetooth and iPod features. The customer was elated when Traffic Jamz was able install this new unit in about 1 hour for less than $300. He no longer needs to load his cd's into the changer in the trunk. With his iPhone plugged in he has access to all his songs saved on his iPhone. He was also thrilled with the Built-in Bluetooth function. He can drive safely with both hands on the wheel while never missing a phone call.

One more cool feature is "passenger mode'. This Kenwood unit lets you control you iPod or iPhone from the device itself, a useful feature if you're listening to streaming content like Internet radio stations over your iPhone.

Chevy Colorado gets an in-dash Navigation system

We installed a Pioneer AVIC-X910BT in this contracts work truck. This navigation unit has a stored built-in flash memory so you won't have to insert a disc when you need directions. The System's text-to-speech function announces street names as you go, so you'll always know you're making the correct turn. This unit allows you to make hands-free calls easily with your phone using the receiver's built-in Bluetooth capability. Pioneer's Conversational Voice Control voice-recogniation software understands your request to make a phone call. Since we upgraded this customers headunit, we also recommended he upgrade his interior speakers. A set of Pioneer components were installed in the front doors replacing the weak factory speakers.

BMW Z4 Roadster - Aux-In jack for Ipod

We installed an Aux-In jack for this customer to listen to his iPod. He did not want to change the look of the factory stereo so this was a great option. The 1/4" jack is mounted in the glove box and works with an iPod or any other type of digital player.

2001 BMW Z3 Roadster - Bluetooth/iPod Stereo

2001 BMW Z3 Roadster - We removed the BMW factory radio and replaced it with an Eclipse stereo that has built-in Bluetooth and iPod capabilities. This Eclipse headunit has a powerful internal amplifier and a 7 band parametric equalizer.  Its built-in Bluetooth connectivity means you can make hands-free calls.  When a call comes in, the receiver mutes your music so you can answer the call and hear your caller over your speakers.  Connect your iPod and you can browse your playlist, albums, and artists on the receiver's display.

Parrot MKi Bluetooth with ipod control

Chrysler Pacifica - installation of a Parrot MKi 9200 hands free device. If you don't want to (or can't) change out your factory radio, this Parrot piece is a great solution. It plays your music from your iPod, iPhone, or any portable digital player. The price of the MKi9200 is $299 and the installation on most cars runs about $100.
